The detailed planning follows a detailed analysis of the tasks in hand, with all customer-specific requirements and a definition of the overall scope. We ensure optimum results with great understanding for the needs of our customers and their long and short-term objectives.

For the development of exact wiring diagrams which take all specifications into consideration, we use nationally and internationally-recognised CAD systems such as EPLAN and WSCAD. As significant as the system is for implementation, it still has to be operated by people. At our company, these people are experienced, specialist employees who think and act in a customer-orientated manner. During the phase of project planning, all aspects such as valid regulations, safety technology, comprehensive documentation as well as customer requirements and wishes are taken into consideration.

Whilst consistently focussing on energy optimisation, we develop and realise modern drive technology for diverse fields of application. We possess well-founded know-how on the various providers, drive solutions and systems due to our experience of the highly diverse requirements stipulated in companies and by customers. Due to changing requirements and our decades of collaboration with renowned manufacturers such as Lenze, Siemens and SEW, we are in constant contact with their development departments in order to develop complex solutions for you or for us. We accompany our customers from the start right up to the conclusion of the project as a partner.

Our software solutions guarantee maximum efficiency with the highest possible security. As a future-orientated department within Neuenhauser Maschinenbau GmbH, we co-design progress in digitalisation and networking for our customers. Our highly qualified employees program in accordance with EN 61131 on highly diverse systems (Step 7, TIA, Rockwell, CodeSys2.3 and 3.5, Beckhoff, Lenze Omron). User-orientated visualisation and intuitive operation are a matter of course for us. We develop our solutions using various systems such as WINCC, In Touch, CodeSys 2.3 and 3.5 or also Eaton Galileo.

In our state of the art electrical workshop, we produce control cabinets, assemble these and ensure their full functionality for the benefit of the customer. Following the commissioning, we also provide various service performances to ensure the long-term use of the control cabinets. Thanks to the close contact between Design and Control Cabinet Construction, a vigorous exchange of information takes place during current projects which continuously flows into our or your wiring diagrams. This leads to continuous improvements in the project which verifiably pay off through recurring orders.
